So a project I’ve been working on for… well, a lot longer than it should have taken, is finally finished!

I’ve seen a bunch of designs for Homestuck playing cards before, but never a final product, and I thought that was a crying shame.  So I made these!

I only drew pictures for the face cards - I figured, there were 12 face cards and 4 aces, that slotted too well to pass up.  I didn’t want to draw a different picture for every number card, though, because not only would that be a ton of work, but it feels like it would kind of detract from the artistic importance of the face cards.

So, using the suits to represent quadrants, I made all the number cards ships instead.

This was a lot of work, but I’m really, really pleased with how they came out!

Finished! I made it a wallpaper just in case you want to have it as that.

Here are sketch, lineart and flat colors.

The actual idea was it, to draw glowing eyelashes.
Then I thought glowing wings might be cool too.
THEN I thought “Dude, you don’t need sleep or sanity or something, let’s make a cool outfit outta the Sylph pajamas.”
And then most of my friends wanted it to be lineart. I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY NOW!

Aranea is a precious baby, I love her so much you don’t even know. 

I wanted it to look like she’s watching Mindfangs life, since that’s how she always wanted to be and she’s happy because Mindfang is so cool. And she imagines that she could be her, even though she is her and… well, I think feeling that is pretty complicated and I wanted it to be shown in a simple pic. (“simple” like not that much action)

I just saw your post about the Nekomimi ears.  They are FANTASTIC!  There is a draw back though.  I bought a pair for my Jade cosplay and everyone wanted to touch them…which I was fine with till someone grabbed them and held them.  It broke the motor on one side. The people I bought them from wouldn’t refund or exchange them.  So if you get them be EXTREMELY careful about people touching them!

I dreamed last night that I made a gif like that Aradia one but with Vriska, sooo I just had to make it.

though it’s not as much different “forms” as it is different outfits I guess…

I was a bit unsure if I would add tavrisprite or not, but in the end I couldn’t resist ;) and if I would ever feel like making a Tavros gif like this, I would add tavrisprite there as well!

Since you all have 8een so patient in w8ing, here are the alpha kids god-tier sym8ols.

Note a8out Void: Directions!

Now you don’t have to worry about getting the spacing right!

Cut out the Void symbol, leave the “dream-catcher” in. when you put it on your shirt/cosplay of choice, iron around the outside arms first. Once those are down, carefully finish cutting out the center piece, leaving the void arms an equal distance from each other. Good luck!!!!!!!!
